The PVM engineers have also succeeded here in completely meeting the demands of our customers from the racing scene and developing brake calipers which can stand up to the toughest requirements.
The challenge was to design a caliper with a mounting pattern of 108 mm pitch and an offset of 22.5 mm which has better performance figures than a 4-piston monoblock caliper mounted in the same way. We have more than succeeded in this with our attractive 6-piston monoblock radial mounting.
Our caliper was used in the tough environment of the World Endurance Series and straight away was amongst the best with Yamaha Austria as well as with Honda Austria, playing an important factor in their success.
The mounting pattern specifications have now paid off as it is possible to fit this caliper without any problems to virtually any Japanese racing motorcycle without an adapter.
