DATA PROCESSING WHEN VISITING THE WEBSITE

When you visit our website solely for informational purposes—meaning you do not register or provide us with any other information—we only collect the personal data that your browser automatically transmits to our server. This data is collected to display the website to you and to ensure the necessary stability and security (legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) gdpr). The data collected includes:

On our website, we primarily use only those cookies and other technologies that are strictly necessary to allow you to navigate the site, use basic functions, and ensure the security of the website. These cookies do not collect information for marketing purposes or store the websites you have visited.   • Secure Data Transmission: For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential information, such as your contact inquiries sent to us as the site operator, we use SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the change in the browser address line from “http://” to “https://” and by the padlock symbol in your browser's address bar. NEWSLETTER

With your consent, you have the option to subscribe to our newsletter, through which we inform you about the expansion of our product range. The only mandatory information required for subscribing to the newsletter is your email address. After your confirmation, we will store your email address for sending the newsletter. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent for the newsletter subscription at any time.

UPDATING THE PRIVACY NOTICE

With your consent, you have the option to subscribe to our newsletter, which will inform you about the expansion of our product range. The only mandatory information required for a newsletter subscription is your email address. After your confirmation, we will store your email address for the purpose of sending the newsletter. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. You can withdraw your consent for the newsletter subscription at any time.

DATA PROCESSING WHEN USING THE WEBSHOP

If you wish to place an order in our webshop, it is necessary for the conclusion of the contract that you provide us with personal data required for the processing of your order. Required information includes, for example, your name, address, email address, and payment information, which are marked as mandatory fields. Any additional information is provided voluntarily. The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment).

Payment Processing

We cooperate with external payment service providers for payment processing. Your payment data will be forwarded to the respective service provider depending on the payment method you choose. These service providers are independently responsible for processing your payment data. Currently, we use the following payment providers:

  1. PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, Luxembourg

  2. Wix Payments (operated by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv, Israel)
    If you pay via Wix Payments, your payment data will be processed directly by Wix Payments. Wix.com Ltd. is an internationally active provider that has implemented appropriate measures to ensure the security of your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The processing of your payment data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract fulfillment) as well as Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure payment processing).

Customer Account

If you create a customer account, the data you provide will be stored revocably. You can change the data you have provided or delete your customer account entirely at any time in your customer area. Your data will be stored for as long as your registration is valid or as long as it is necessary to fulfill contractual obligations.

After the termination of the contractual relationship or the deletion of your customer account, your data will be deleted unless statutory retention obligations (e.g., under commercial or tax law) conflict with this. In such cases, the data will be deleted immediately after the statutory retention period has expired.

External Service Providers

If we use external service providers to process personal data, this is done solely based on a corresponding data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. These service providers are carefully selected, contractually obligated, and bound to our instructions. They receive only the data necessary to perform the respective service. Disclosure to unauthorized third parties does not occur.

The service providers process the data only for the agreed purposes and delete it after the fulfillment of the contract and the expiration of statutory retention periods, unless consent has been given for storage beyond this period.
