Milling

We have a state-of-the-art machine fleet featuring Hermle 5-axis machining centers in the sizes C32U, C42U, and C52U, with spindle speeds up to 25,000 revolutions per minute. Our machines are additionally equipped with tool changers that can hold up to 220 tools, reducing setup times. This setup supports machining of individual parts, small series, and large series, as well as tool and mold making.

Here is an overview of our milling machines:

- 2 x Hermle C 52 with RS 2 Automation + Storage
- 2 x Hermle C 42 with RS 2 Automation + Storage
- Hermle 42 U
- 2 x Hermle 32 U with HS flex Automation + Storage

Turning

CNC turning capabilities include diameters up to 830 mm and lengths up to 2,000 mm. For smaller parts with diameters up to 150 mm and lengths up to 300 mm, our machines can handle counter-spindle operations and up to three tool turrets.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

Our state-of-the-art measurement machines provide invaluable benefits for quality assurance and management in our production. In our temperature-controlled measurement room, set at 20°C, we utilize the Thome TETA measurement machine, which guarantees the highest precision and reliability. Complementing this are the Keyence XM workshop measurement machine and the Keyence VHX digital microscope, which enable detailed and accurate measurements directly in the workshop.

These advanced measurement systems are crucial for meeting the stringent OEM standards. Our processes are certified to DIN ISO EN 9001 and related standards, highlighting our commitment to the highest quality and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. By employing these modern measurement technologies, we ensure that every product meets our high quality standards and exceeds our customers' expectations.
