Every single part goes through several stages of quality control before it leaves our factory. This ensures that you don't just receive a component, but a piece of premium experience. For this reason, delivery time is up to 3 weeks.
Shipping is via DHL. As soon as your order leaves our premises, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track the shipping status at any time. Shipping within Germany is free of charge.
For larger orders or special shipping requests, we use a courier service. In this case, we recommend sending your inquiry directly to us via email: shop@pvm.de – we will be happy to advise you personally and find the right solution for your needs.
RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchanges – How it works
Would you like to return or exchange an item? No problem! Please send an email with the subject "Return Form" to: shop@pvm.de. You will then receive a return form from us via email. This form must be completed in full and enclosed with your package.
Important:
– Returns without an enclosed form cannot be processed.
– The return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer unless there is an error on our part.
– Refunds will only be issued for unused, original packaged items.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund you within 14 days using the original payment method used.
